Voice conferencing Software..?

hey guys...

i have to conference with many people at a time.but i am not satisfied with present softwares.can anyone suggest any software which supports voice conference with quality voice even under firewall............

Skype as far as i know handles conference calls and has really good support with firewalls. I've been using it for quite some time and well it's free to try... newer features include the ability to call cell and home phones (paid calls).

Dingotel support to select audio codec..which helps you to get best performance in ur low bandwidth internet connection.skype performs not very well under slow bandwidth...
