yeah there is an app. called webshots that can do this .get it from www.webshots.com
Can you give me the link to download window power tools how does it work by the way??? And i think the webshots doesn't work ,it doesn't change the wallpaper every few seconds but it change it everyday...
jiro dude , no webshots can be made to change wallpapers at regular intarvals & not only daily .....look carefully into the options it is somewhere over there
