Ok, this is not a comment or suggestion for the site, is it?
What shell32 is it? what theme? can we see a screenshot? did you do the icons or have legal rights from the authors to redistribute them as a shell32.dll?
You can post it in DeviantArt.com and then make a [release] thread in the subforum "System File Modifications Releases", as long as you have permission from the author of the icons.
Also, use tags, you would think that if your topic starts by "help me.." it will use a [Help] tag, right?

Ok.. but i'am forgot the author those icon ?? so what should i do.. this is win xp sp 1 shell, i try to mod all dialogs include system property dialogs..
2 suggestions, post a screenshot, maybe we can help you out
and a lot of people switched over to winxp sp2, so you might want to do one of them
