Not Every Body Has $100.00 And Not Every Body Has XP And Then Us With 98/98SE/ME/ What Ar We Going To Do Yes You Can Make A Dock For 9x IF 9x Can Not Dissplay Transparesy Why Dos It Work With Talisman Yes It Works But It Is Not As Good. And Iceman's Flash Dock Dont Work Right So if There Is A DX Dock or An OpenGL Dock Then Give It To Us I Have Been Searching The Internet For Years And Never Found One For 9x!!!

The only docks I'm aware of which work for 9X are the flash docks, usable on Active Desktop.
9x simply doesn't support the features to make a reasonable clone of the OSX dock (transparency, alpha blending, antialiasimg). Best I can recommend is something like LaunchTab.

Buy WinXP. Seriously. Nobody should be using 9x any more.

At least older versions worked fine. I ran it on my old 9x computer for a couple months before I got tired of it.
What Version Of it Works With 9x
OK fair enough I can understand you not wanting to pay the $100 tab to upgrade to XP.
But what kind of system are you running that is 4/5 years old that would display any kind of dock transparent or not in a smooth and useable way?
The only way I can see you getting a dock on 9x ....... is to learn to code
DoubleD, not even if he learned to code. transparent windows are totally NON existant for Windows 9X. it only exists on 2000/XP/2003.
unless he wants to make a dock that is not transparent.
Any versions that might work with 9X are probably pretty bad. You've been told before (it's your choice though 
), but most people are on XP for the good emulating possibilities.
