Spoiler hidden behind white font-color below. Mouse over to see. :D

It's simple math, my friend. You're limited to a set number of answers. No matter what two-digit number you choose, the result will always be a multiple of 9 (ie 9, 18, 27, etc..) and if you look on that page, all the multiples of 9 are associated with the same symbol, which changes every time you load the page. So, no matter what number you choose, they show you that symbol, and you're amazed!

Heh, check out the 'similar threads' section below.. apparently the fact that Stevie's comp is crap shares a common bond with this mind-game. :D

Err. You sure you're doing it right? 60-6-0=54. 54 is one of the 'magic' numbers. This trick has been around since the middle ages. The playing cards version is more fun.

*edit* nm hehe

Math has nothign to do with it. It's all about the little dwarfs and thier evil plot to control your mind.

GET YOUR TIN FOIL HATS.

hehe it has actually something with maths guys. Look you have to chose a number of 2 digits right, so let say the number is xy and you can represent the number that way 10*x + y (for example 54 is 5*10 + 4). You subtract it by its 2 digits means that you do :

10*x + y - x - y = 9*x

you always have a multiple of 9 no matter which number you have on your mind. And look at the table, all the multiples of 9 have the same symbol that you will get once you click on the square.
