Decided to start a new post after Iceman and Orcinus gave me their blessings.
The earlier post was from here.
These bitmaps for brushed logoff and shutdown dialogs work best with Iceman's Jaguar VS theme (either brushed aqua/graphite) 
Special Thanks:
Iceman - For allowing me to use the modified dlls and brushed texture.
Orcinus - For allowing me to use the red shutdown and yellow logoff orb icons.
IMPORTANT !!
Remember to backup msgina.dll and shell32.dll in case you want to revert back to the previous version.
Shutdown
To install:
1) Save the bitmap to a local disk.
Download link 1: able2mac
2) Use Resource Hacker to open msgina.dll (located in C:\windows\system32) and replace bitmap 20142 with ShutDown.bmp
3) Replace msgina.dll in system32 folder using the method explained by Iceman
Logoff
To install:
1) Save the bitmap to a local disk.
Download link 1: able2mac
2) Use Resource Hacker to open shell32.dll (located in C:\Windows\system32) and replace bitmap 14354 with Logoff.bmp
3) Replace shell32.dll in system32 folder using the method explained by Iceman
