I have been using a Mac lately and have realised how nice the snapback feature of Safari is. I decided to try to find something like it for Firefox. I did a google search and found that the creator of the Tabbrowser Extensions makes a fast forward/rewind extension that is similar to snapback. Unfortunately, the extension came with pngs that only matched the default theme. So, I deleted the pngs, modified the css files in the jar file and created a ubiquitous extension that goes with any theme! The arrows cannot even be seen anymore but there are hotspots that you can click to fastforward or rewind. Modified jar is attached, it goes in C:Documents and SettingsusernamehereApplication DataMozillaFirefoxContinue clicking on the only folder in each directory until you get to the folder with tons of others. Stick it in /Extensions/{FA4658DE-935B-4f39-AED3-0B5034DDE225}/Chrome/

If the area is too far to the left for your comfort (as it was with me) add a flexible space to the left of the invisible icon.
