dunno the theme, but it looks like a hard drive. it's very unlikely to have a floppy icon on the desktop, and it must be a drive, so either it's a weird looking folder or a hard drive.

it's not an icon on the desktop. i put it there to show you to try and figure out what it is =P. If you want to know where it came from... it came from the "irprops.cpl" file in the system32 folder.
ps~i think a modem or wireless box would be the best bet so far.
