Nice design. "Studio 9" banner needs to be smaller. It doesn't need to be that big, it's only text. Something is wrong with your preload images script. I had to reload to get the background image to show (Firefox 0.9.3). You could try GIFs to trim down your bandwidth, but you used an akward gradient, so I am not positive on that (about half a minute on 56k, about doubled or more on the normal annoyance threshold.).
Hmm...very nice, I like the silver/gray design. One suggestion- Use CSS so there is a rollover effect when you click the links (Stuff/About/Contact)
Agree with wizard on everything, especially the title page. The gradient shadows on the Stuff page could be eliminated or toned down a bit-- the white stands out too much.
And spelling (on the contact page), unless you misspelled on purpose.
Good overall, though!

Don't use frames!
You don't need frames for anything that you do in that design, so why use 'em?
You can do everything you've done with "flat" (X)HTML, and much more efficiently...
Take a look at using XHTML and CSS2...
Looks nice but its a bit to neutral for me. Needs more content to.
