winfx transition scripter

I have found a new host and have once again made available my winfx transition scripter for those who are interested.

On this page is a html tutorial for using it to make a simple transition.

Comments appreciated on whether this program is found useful/functional/useless.

whats a 'tag to'? And I've only posted it twice, in what I believe is the two relevant forums, Stardock, and Community apps.

You post it only ONCE, pick a forum. Tags, are [thingslikethis] if you had bothered to read the rules, you would have known how to answer it.

Since there IS a thread that has the same information as this one, i will proceed to spare you guys with the redundancy.
