um I don't think so, that doesnt even use handelgotd. You can find it in some of hills latest themes or susumu's latest, or if you want to get alot of different results search for "handel filetype:ttf" on Google

I think Office (maybe publisher only?) comes with it.

I know it's on my computer after something to do with Office.
