I don't know exactly what happen but after I install Samurize my dock been extremely laggy. I then uninstall samurize thinking that the problem would go away but it didn't. I tried the rebooting method but it didn't do any help. It still laggy. I tried to even create a new dock but to no prevail. this right here is the most current version right?

i'm surprised you can still find it so easily, not supposed to be distributed anymore
maybe it has to do with alpha transparency (i know my system gets affected like that). i try to reduce the area of samurize (and to make it minimal), and i stopped using transparency apps. i've also set y'z dock to low quality on everything.
also make sure you're not running more than one dock. i've heard that causes problems.
just to add that 0.8.3 is the last version of YzD released
