bh2: Search A-s for 'Make Explorer Look Like Finder' and that will explain findexplorer and how it works and what you need, install that first and make sure it works with that bitmap and everything, then you need a bitmap and Yz toolbar theme for each skin you use it with, for instance, if you check hills Cream (MetalMilk) thread, he supplies a findexplorer bitmap (which is a background image that makes it look like there are functional OS X style buttons) and a Yz Toolbar theme (with transparent and Mac-ish toolbar buttons)
