Ultimate Linux Mod-Link and App thread

Please put your UPDATED AND WORKING links to the best *nix themes, schemes, skins, apps, tools, and mods in this thread.

Requirements:

1. List the Distro each item works with

2. List the site and author

3. Check back, periodically, to make sure all links work

4. Try to provide an image of the item

5. Please remember some people are new to *nix and don't always understand the process of an RPM or how to find something once it has been installed.

We have alot of items in this forum with broken links. As I am switching over to Mandrake 10.1, I'd like to be able to find some things as well as help others do the same.

I cant seem to locate a good working copy of Kooldock (very buggy and slow) and KSmoothDock seems to have fallen off the face of the earth.

Options?

Also, i cant find a newer version of Baghira that works with Mandrake 10.1/KDE 3.2.

Perhaps there is a better, more realistic, skin?

And how about Menu bar replacements/mods?

I already figured out how to do icons, wallpaper, look/feel, mouse cursors, and sounds. Now all I need is a really good OS X theme, a dock without flicker or slow magnification, and a Finder bar replacement for KDE.

So let's go, *nix users....give up your goods!
