For example, right now I'm supposed to be working on a big composition paper... Woooweee, 10% of my grade. But I'm too addicted to this forum that I can't work on my paper for more than five minutes before coming back and refreshing the page...
Anyone know of an App that could autimatically tell me if a new forum post is up? Maybe something for Samurize that could tell me when theres a new post?
Im just a loser with no where else to go.

Yeah, this place is awesome! Since I stumbled onto here, my desktop is a million times better. It actually looks nice now to look at. Literally, I stumbled onto this place 'cause there was an article in The Register about a bunch of people trying to skin their PCs to look like Macs. That was back when this place was linked to aqua-man.net. I've been hooked since. Some of the stuff you guys do is awesome.
All this skinning stuff reminds me of when I used to change icons on my Mac with Resedit and change the skins with Kaleidoscope. I'm now finally doing it on my PC. Thank God!!!

Thats cool, but skinning is usually associated with Windows more than it is Macs, reason being? The Mac OS already looks and functions nicely. Windows just sucks, so you can see why there are a lot more skinning tools out there for windows than there are for Macs. I dont know why you first discovered skinning on a Mac, thats kind of... odd.

In fact, a couple of my VIA forum colleagues have also take a keen interest in the fascinating world of Mac emulation...

I have to agree, theres a nice community here..
Skinners, Developers, Programmers, and people with just ALOT of know how on everything ranging from how to make your mac run gnome and windows from osx at the same time to how to... well, you get the idea. This forum is just damn cool. =]
