[req]upload and download monitor

I tried searching but couldn't find what I am looking for. I am looking for something that is compact that will display my upload/dl speed. thanks.

I checked my systats folder and load all of them but none were the 2 arrows. I do however have the icon for them, is label as network. these are the config that i have analogclock_new, mbm_f, and system_uptime.
