[help] Window Blinds Tutorial

I use windows blinds, and am installing part 2 of this tutorial to make my comp look more like an Apple. http://www.therealduckie.net/board/index.php?showtopic=169 I'm on step two, and. I can not get the back buttons from windows to go away. If you could help that would be wonderful. (In the actual tutorials contained in that folder I am on the step 3, any help would be appreciated.)

Don't post huge images inline.

Please limit inilne images to 500px wide and 375px high.

Extract file (to any folder)

Readme of main folder "... Follow the instructions in the nummeric order :

: folder by folder readme by readme..."

Did you really do that? Sure you didn't skip a step???
