When Stefanka's SP2 Shellpack English Version Available?

stefanka's shellpack is my favourite. But now there is only french version. When will the english version be availlable?

wishbone, i think that would be down to stefanka, as far as permission goes.. but with sp2 there are more files to be modded, and some different resources
