[Release] Bz Aqua Milk for WB 4.4

Here is my updated version of previously released Bz Aqua Milk.

Original theme by Max Rudberg, Mod by Cmove

In this version I have added the working prefs skin, replaced the tiger title bar with a more milkish version, replaced many images and refined the skin to work with wb 4.4

In addition I also redesigned the toolbar images for explorer.
