is there a way to remove the flag from windows explorer?

at the top right hand corner of both windows explorer and internet explorer is a little "windows" flag. it just sits there and has no use. i know that yz toolbar removes it, but i use window blinds to theme my toolbars and don't want to have an entire program running to just make it go away. any ideas as to any reg hacks or anyother programs? thanks!

you should really learn how to search, but since you're new: http://toastytech.com/files/throboff.html

actually i did search (i don't know why the first search didn't come up with anything, probably because i didn't know how to word it properly) and i've read the forum rules. i had no idea about "tagging" and for that I apoligize. Also, I was looking for a non-Yz Toolbar method, which i found through searching using different search terms. I'm sorry for any inconvience. But thanks for helping nontheless.

I now know that the anyoing little flag is called a throbber.
