Aqua-Soft Forumshi all. i recenlty got window blinds 4.4 and have been using a plethora of themes. however, for some reason the program won't skin my side or bottom scroll bars. not even the "official themes" that came with the program skin them. any ideas as to what or why this is happening? thanks!

Probably you have demo version. Buy it and it will skin them.
