[help] Movable Type lisence?

I am staff of a community that is going to transfer to my server to share my extremely large hosting package and run away from subdomains and fake domains. I currently am running the free version of Movable Type, but with this new community arriving there will be 6 staff members and 3 more on the way. Should I purchase the liscence for unlimited authors as well as blogs ($69.95)? I might not purchase right away though, since I am trying to be frugal.

Well, if the license requires it, and you want to continue to use MT, buy the Commercial version.

Otherwise, I'd recommend you switch to a free system like WordPress (many others too). Everyone likes free. Truth is, all these blogging systems are about the same. Features vary slightly, but all the essential things are there. Most of the features are gimicks anyway, IMO.

I just am looking towards Movable Type because of its easy customizability. You just place a simple <$MT$> tag where you want something to go and edit the css to gain the style you want. Other blogging engines, I find, require intense editing of the php and figuring out how to edit the css...
