So all the Royale lovers, MS released the official Energy Bliss Theme.

Now indulge your desktop with the true Royale.

Problem: The Energy Blue Theme Pack can only be installed on machines running Microsoft Windows XP Tablet PC Edition 2005.

Solution: Right click on the EXE file, and extract using WinRAR's shell menu. Problem solved.
