[help] valid code but not viewing correctly in any browser except safari

i have valid code but my sidebar does not view properly in any other browser except for safari. i checked w/ firefox and ie, and my sidebar is either out of place or not even visible.

if you don't use safari please check to see what is wrong

Looks fine to me. Can you post a screenie of what you are seeing?
