Hi everyone-
I did some work on a new song the other day, and I'd like to post it here to get some feedback. It's not quite finished (I'm still working on writing the lyrics), but the music is all in place and should be the final product.
If anyone could temporarily host this 3mb MP3 for me, I'd be greatly appreciative. I would post it on my artist page at myspace.com, but theior upload feature has been broken for several days.

The artificial drum sound destroys it all for me. I hate drum machines. It would sound nice with a real drumkit.
it reminds me of a sublime song, "steppin' razor". it was on the album 'robbin' the hood'

I put it on my site for ya and my buddy Ghostwalker gets all the thanks, sorry just feelin a little wounded for my efforts... Otherwise, not too bad, kinda catchy... good work for a demo version, I'd like to hear it when it is done... I do agree with Sid on one thing though, a good drum kit would help you out here man... I've been in the music biz for around 20yrs. and so I do know a little about it... it changes so fast you'll never know it all though..ha ha ha

hmmmm, see its hard to say. Mostly because you can tell the music was written with the intention of lyrics to go along with it.
Your song "ransom" is awesome. I don't know if it supposed to have lyrics with it, but it does not need them at all.
The only thing I can say about this new one for right now, is i feel like that synsthesizer/snare seems a little high pitched, and overpowering. But as I said it is hard to say without lyrics. Get the lyrics in and put it up again, cause I would love to hear it.
