Mobydock Gennie Dx Test

seems moby has released another dock test. this time for the long awaited/sought after gennie effect!

here's a screenshot of it in action (on moby's pc im guessing).

this is a very exciting update. i, however, was unable to get this same result. instead of looking the way it looks in the above screenshot and/or performing the gennie effect, it looks more like this:

supersize me!

i am using the latest detonators (43.45) and directx 9. it did not in any way perform the gennie effect. and i thought it might be conflicting with a program or something, so i closed everything (other docks, windowsfx, aim, ie). anyone else get this to work?

I think Moby is trying to weed out the fakes. Hes going to wait so long, OS 11 will be out, and only the TRUE aqua fanatics (and the poor people) will be left. Good plan Moby, I can wait as long as you can.

well everyone please be patient.. moby is working hard and has some nice amazing features you will love in this dock, Of course it takes time to develop it and he cant program every day, but dont worry it will be out!!!! and you will realise its worth the wait

Come on guys do you think whining is really going to speed up the process?

I check every day for the new dock, and every day I'm disappointed not to see it out. But, at the same time I can appreciate the effort and skill involved in creating a dock, it's not easy stuff.

The more time Moby puts into his project the better, it just means more features and less bugs for all of us. Moby's doing this all for free so I don't think anyone should be pouting about it.

Can't wait to see the dock Moby!

It might take a little more time then we'd like but I'm sure it'll all be worth it once we get our hands on the fastest, most feature complete, kick ass dock in existence.
