Yeah, but even though you may have just started posting, people are still going to yell at you because all of the questions you have posted so far are, well, not that hard to answer on your own. I'm willing to venture a guess that you haven't searched the forum at all yet, or you'd know what kind of program would accomplish what you're asking here (Stardock's WindowFX), or which is the "best" dock to use, etc. I personally don't care. But forum folk have famously little patience for people who, well, seem to insist on getting personal attention answering questions that a monkey could figure out in 15 seconds with the search tool. Or Google. You tagged this post at least with [help], and didn't use a topic like "help me now! smiley smiley smiley", which is good, it's progress. But your question and uh... writing style... are still probably pretty annoying, so be careful.
