Aqua-Soft ForumsI'm using Windows Service Pack 2 right now and this issue isn't because of the SP but for some odd reason my icons in the startmenu aren't showing up. Even if I go into the properties option and change the icon, it'll show up but it won't stay there. What should I do? :confused:

Download tweakui from the microsoft website. Search for power toys. Download this, open it, install it. Then look for powertoys in the programs menu. Next go to repair at the bottom and rebuild the icon cache. If it doesn't show up then, just restart and see. Hope this helps 
That unfortunately did not work.
well damn, right click each icon in the start menu and customize the icon, then rebuild with tweakui and see then. I'm quite puzzeled, but maybe download iconpackager trial and try that.
