From everyone's best experience can you all please tell me... What are your best experiences with C/C++ compilers?
I have borlands, the WHOLE GCC set, and of coarse Microsoft's. But I know there are probably man many others.;... if somone knows better onse please tell me
I didn't try them myself, but Intel's C/C++ compilers are rumored to blatantly rock, even on AMD processors.
Given your list, I can't tell a good compiler from a bad one there because their advantages / disadvantages even out these days.
Well, I wasnt planning on making an earth shattering game such as doom or GTA. But, I was mainly going to focus mainly on command line programs. And stick with a compiler and learn how to use it and the command line switches for optimization.
Ill have to do the trial of the intel compilers.
