[release] AveDesk v.1.1 RUSSIAN

Hi all!

Finally we russian aquaholics can have it in our native language. Here comes RIMMER's Russian Patch to AveDesk.

The patch changes resources of AveDesk executable only (this desklets will remain in English).

There's also a set of B&W tray icons for AveDesk.
