It is not a *.dll but a *.cpl, sysdm.cpl to be exact. I have made my own modification for systems running AMD microprocessors but I have no hosting site where upload it. Do you want me to e-mail it to you?
If anyone offers me some hosting space I'll have no problem to share with you all.

Pacal, I've been the whole day serching for a quality image of your processor but I did not find it. I can kepp searching for that image or send to you the sysdm.cpl with another AMD processor image...
