Sysstats crashes Avedesk 1.1 help

I add Sysstats 2.0.3 as a desklet/docklet and right click on the systats icon to load an .ini file. After I specify the file (no matter what file, even the ones that came with Sysstats), it always crashes avedesk (makes it hang). Any idea what I'm doing wrong?
