iChat is only for mac, it comes with OS X, it support MSN and AIM (and chatting through Rendezvous i believe, i dont use it)

iTalk is Jef's x86 version, but it only supports MSN, but i believe Jef has stopped making iTalk available due to possible legal action from apple

i found a nice AIM client (with a brushed metal look) for OS X called Fire, check it out http://fire.sourceforge.net
