Creating Fly-Out Menus

Sorry if it's really obvious, but how exactly do you create Fly-Out menus on ObjectDock Plus? I've been tinkering with it for ages and I can't seem to work out how I would make one, or even how they work :slant:

Heh, I think I must have deleted what may have been fly-out menus when I first got OD+. Surely there must be some way to create new ones?
