[flash Question] Animating A Logo Graphic

Alright, here is what I have created, fairly simple indeed; http://mikekey.net/ep_demo/index.html

The question is, I'm looking to animate this simple click entrance page with flash. The website is going to be for a Techno DJ production company. So I have a track for this page, and I want to add some short of motion to the blocks behind the graphic I created.

I'm a novist at Flash really, and I'm kind of seeking some tips, or advice or something that would help point me in the direction of how I could add a motion element of some short to this graphic.

Any ideas?

what kind of motion

maybe add some random flashes of light over the blocks?

i know quite a bit about flsh so if you be more specific maybe i could help.

A big part of Flash is the ideas--you have to know what you want to do before you can accomplish it.

CF is right- I suggest take ten minutes with a piece of paper-Not at the computer-, and think about how you want to animate it.

Then, if you came up with a idea, and want to know how to do it, post that as a question.

P.S: Just a simple audio graphic might be kind of hard to animate without an idea

the animation is pretty jerky -not smooth enough. try changing your fps rate. flash has it at default 12fps which is a bit slow for me and my animations. it is a better thing to think of it in your mind, and sketch it on paper, rather than to sit at the computer and think all day
