Does anyone here have any experience with skinning vBulletin3, we might be moving aqua-soft over to vb3 soon, and we could use some help/input on skinning the forums.
Any help would be appreciated.
We are also looking for people who can help us design the buttons and icons as-well.

We're not switching because of the IPB2 skinning engine, hell skinning ipb2 is fairly easy. But seeing is we are force to pay for a decent BB, we might as-well purchase vb over ipb, Stevie and I went through vb3 the other day and we like it much more, and most of its features will benefit you guys more.

To reiterate what Tim said, and further explain:
IPS are now charging for any use of IPB, and have conditions in their license saying things to the effect of "you have the right to ask us for updates. We, however, have the right to either ignore you entirely, even though you're a paying customer, or to make you pay through the nose for any updates we do provide, even if they don't actually fix your issue."
This, of course, is completely up to them, but Tim and I both figured that if we're gonna pay for a board for A-S, we might as well buy the board that's best for us, long-term.
I might be able to lend a hand in some respects - Give me a shout if you have any tasks you need help with 
I have experince with vBulletin. I have been using it for 3 years now and have run 4 forums using it. Currently I only have one forum up anymore to show my work. I am working on a new one for Empyreal Productions, becuase thier current website www.ep-va.com blows chunks.
My forum that I run now is www.hr3rdgen.org ; below are some style examples for this forum. It's a car club which I started 3 years ago.
I replied to the denations thread in General Discussion as well about this subject.
I'm pretty skilled in VB3 
about time I lent a hand - gaphics is my game so buttons etc can be done if necessary.
[edit] I've been searching the web for info on how to skin vb3 - but the information is not so forthcoming. From what I can deduce its just down to html/php templates - in which case I can help a bit more if needed.
