My website isn't finished yet; therefore I do not want to release the website to the public as of yet.
I don't think that posting a message such as that is really appropriate here. This is only my opinion, but if you want help with your website, feel free to ask. Referral links such as this aren't really a great way to get on the good side of people. Any host which uses promotional methods such as this sounds a little 'dodgy'.
Please, post once your website is finished or without get me more bandwidth please pleas...
