[release] Bz Soft Blue Milk

Here is my port of soft blue milk orignally by 3nzo (mod of milk by max rudberg)

Thanks to him for letting me do the port :rock:

I send you one trying to explain it...

all you need to do is first

1. open up display properties..

2. then open the wbconfig window,

3. select "per application settings"

4. drag the little target crosshairs over the diplay properties window

5. dialog should pop up and you can select "choose skin"

6. Select bz soft blue milk "prefs" substlye.

7. Click okay, then close the window, close display properties then reopen display properties and you should be good to go.
