[help] Mount Ipod On Desktop

i want to view the ipod on my desktop. how can i do this? it is only viewable in iTunes.

What you need to do is open iTunes and enable ipod for file useage this will keep the ipod mouted insted of automaticly ejecting it as soon as it is finished updateing.
