[help] Msn Avatar's Tutorial?

If anyone could post a generic tutorial about how to make those AWESOME msn avatars that you guys are using, that would make my day. I am a real ****ie at PS

If you look at my link, and download the AveAtar program, it has all the resources you'll need (you can use the program, or just use the image files in Photoshop, or whatever Image editor you prefer).
