Radeon Igp 345m
I looked on ATIs site and they said the Radeon IGP 345M was specially designed for P4s, which means that the integrated graphics are probobly a generation old. I dont think you'd be able to play it. It uses shared RAM, so your probobly getting like 8MB, and you need 16 for SOF2.
It says the advantage of the Radeon IGP 345M is made for low power consumption, not performance.

Yeah, if you want to play games on laptops, you always end up paying a hefty premium. If you want an ultra thin laptop, its impossible to get good graphics, but if your willing to carry around something heavier, you've got a better chance of finding what you need.
If you tell us what you want to pay, I might be able to help you find something that can play sof2.
Actually its based off the r200 gpu (same as a 8500).
and it has 64mb...
and yes you can play SOFII hella well on it.
I stand corrected, I was looking at the non M version. Sorry. Just keep in mind it still uses shared Memory, so that 64 will be subtracted from your RAM, but you have 512, so it shouldnt be a huge problem.
Well, she got it last night, it was only like 1200 its pretty sweet for a laptop. SOF2 runs fairly well on it, although, I'm not used to the LCD monitor... Thanks for your help.
