What Is Your Method Of Buying Mac Stuff?

i'm just thinking what is your method of buying mac stuff, because i'm really trying to look for a good second mac (maybe ibook) and i want one that supports overseas like hong kong (where i live) and how do you buy your stuff?

i was considering these options (none i prefered yet)

ebay - i hate competition and auchions and if they are frauds

amazon - not sure if they are frauds and support hong kong

apple.com original - expensive , but fresh new original quality. maybe my last resort.

any other good suggestions would be helpful. 3 criterias i'm looking quality, price, and convenience/location varieties.

by the way, i'm actually wondering about second-hand ones, to be exact, like amazon.com or ebay. can you recommend me some sites or stores that can be international? that's all that's in my little libary of online stores. i tried looking in google, but it's quite difficult to find a good site

eBay - Simple, don't bid on any auction that doesn't have a reserve (unless it's at a decent non-reserve price someone would sell for) or photographs. Email the person asking for something specific, like a photograph of the said mac and a piece of paper with text you've asked for.

Amazon - Frauds..? Er, Amazon are probably one of the biggest online "stores" on the internet - I've bought half a dozen things from them (including a very expensive piece of jewelry for my girlfriend).

Apple's Online Store - Try using the Honk Kong specific store? You won't find excellsively cheaper "new" macs anywhere on the internet.

If you want it quickly, look for a local reseller.
