[help] Css2 Literature

I am looking for recommendations for books that cover CSS2. I know an adequate amount, but I still don't know enough to ditch the web-of-tables.

They're not all strictly "CSS" (for pure CSS, I suggest Eric Meyer's books), but here's my recommended reading list for any budding web developer/designers:
