****ie Question About Releasing Desklets

Hi All,

I have spent some debugging/modifying some desklets for my use. I have notice some people asking for certain things I took the trouble of fixing. Example - I use Judge's History Meter to monitor wireless. (I had to make some changes to his VB script to make it work). My question, who do I need to get permissions from ect. to publish these modified scripts/config files. I know I used some of Judge's stuff heavily and modified Arcanthur's background image. Is all this modify/publish? What are the rules.

By the way, here is what I created (attached). The main thing I did was get history stuff working for wireless,
