make the text Aqua-Soft.org in the banner actually an image.
you did it corectly at aero-soft.com
basically what im sayin is you did it correctly here (which can be seen on the wiki page) just put that on the forum banner.
it was correct before the whole forums collapsed when the new ipb version came out.
but it looks crumy now. 
Not sure why it should be an image? Text is perfectly fine :/

agreed, plus it saves a little bandwidth too.
the proper PS (with crisp or sharp text edges) image just looks a whole lot better in my opinion.
It shouldn't be any image - it's text.
And one of the fundamentals of accessible web development is use text for text, not images for text. As such, I say it should stay.
Furthermore, why should we waste bandwidth and effort so that a piece of text is ever-so-slightly less aliased for a few users? I think Tim and I have far more important things to worry about...
@ sky - Do you have Clear Type enabled in Windows XP? That could be why it looks bad to you.
I was confused when they did the banner, I thought it was an image. But then when I was selecting something, I found it wasn't.
