This is just an example of what can easily be done with DesktopX. The miniDigitalClock is pretty basic but--like the Konfabulator widget--uses images instead of text for all the numbers and days of the week (this is why none of the Digital fonts looks exactly correct). It also has all 4 variations (Onyx, LCD, CRT, and Ice). The miniCalendar widget is nicer because it is functional. You can use the top arrows to scroll through the months and the center dot will bring you back to the current month and date. The background image even resizes for other months that have more weeks in them. Since Arlo is so strict about ports, I can't release them (it uses all original Konfabulator PNGS), but shoot me off an email (zx13xz[at]comcast.net) if you would like to take a look at the scripting used so you can port them yourself.
