I`ve spent few weeks looking for a song by a Canadian band "Lillix" which is a re-recording of the Go-Go Doll' song This Town. I bought the album, it wasn`t on it, and i`ve scoured the net but all i found is that the song exists on some people's playlists (they could not be contacted) and i got also a 40 sec clip on Kazaa. Where should i look for it (the official site doesn`t mention it)? Or has anyone any info on it? It`s not a prob to buy it, rather find it.

Hmm, I looked on WinMX, and also only found the 40 second clip. Was this a studio recording? How did you hear about it?
Usually the only place to get unreleased music by an artist is through Peer 2 Peer applications.
Also, you could try a fan site of the band, maybe they have exclusives or somebody can point you the right direction.
i heard it in the opening of an MTV show ( >.< ) called Rich Girls (don`t ask, i was forced to watch one episode with my sister)
i tried few fan forums but all i was able to find out is that they did the song for the rich girls show.
The thing is that people know there`s a full version, yet nonone knows how to get it. WinMX didn`t find anything other than the 40sec clip.

I just searched on Soulseek for it, which just about has everything in terms of rare songs but all I was able to find was the 40 second clip but at least it was in 192 kbps lol. I will continue to search for the full version though.

They can usually help you find the music clip you're looking for. Search for it first, and then maybe register and post a request if you really want it.

I love this version cause it`s somewhere between Korn's hardcore and original, "soft", Go-Go Dolls' version.
