Tags are a part of the rules (see section 2.1.3), and should be used, where appropriate.
This is such a place.
Staff members should support these rules and help enforce them wherever possible. This includes newsposters.

I have a way to find it, but I am not sure it will work. I am just assuming it will.
Get TweakUI, go to Google and search for TweakUI, it should be the first result (this might be a good time to get use out of the "I'm Feeling Lucky" button 
)
Go to the Control Panel menu item and see which one is for the one that you want. Then do a search on your computer for that file. Once found, the icon may be held in that .cpl file.
Have you opened up the registry and searched for "Portable Media Devices"
Look for any mention of control panel, then look for a "Command" sub-key
That's how I found what was being accessed for the "Mouse" cp item.

Iconextract is the best way to find the cpl where the icon is located.
