One rumor going around is that it may adopt the brushed theme throughout the operating system. Of course Apple could do something really radicle and go black. The next release is called Panther and they are black.
And before anybody starts wondering, there are 2 big cats that carry the gene in them to make a Panther. In Africa Panthers are black Leopards. In the Central and South America Panthers are Black Jaguars. Kinda of neat ha! Panthers are not a spieces of big cat unto themselves but subsets of other spiecies. It is also believed but not proven, that there is a rare North American Panther based on the Puma or Mountain Lion. Although one hasn't been seen as far as I know for over a hundred years or more. Just some neat facts for the upcomming release.
