No, the docks dont support dual monitors, so they will always go to the primary monitor. I know it sucks, I have the same problem.
same problem on the mac too ![]()
Really, you cant switch the docks monitor on a mac either? Thats odd, you'd think with Apple really supporting dual monitors that theyd add that feature. Can the OS X dock span multiple monitors, cause I wish the Windows Docks could do that.
That's what I figured but thought I might be wrong.
Contra how many monitors are you running??
I am running 3 19" monitors and can only get one of them to run in overlay mode (needed for my TV card)
any help you can offer with getting all monitors to run in overlay mode would be great.
Thanks

Im running a 15in Flat panel and a 17in CRT (you lucky bastard). XP does not handle more than 2 monitors well (which is why I had to switch to 2). You can use special software to help with this stuff. ATI has Hydravision and Nvidia has Nview to help XP out. Are you using 1/2/3 cards of the same brand? ATI and nvidia dont like each other.
Hydravision seems to be much better, but I dont have ATI cards, so oh well.
Theres also lots of 3rd party software you can buy. I havent used any of it though. Ultamon and Powerstrip seem to be popular.
Sorry I cant help too much. Im working on getting better multimonitor support too. If I ever give in and BUY software, ill tell you about it.
